Option C - £10 P/P – ‘Soul Food Feast’
-   Ciabattas stuffed with Cajun Chicken / Falafel with Beetroot, pepper salsa
-   Spicy Chicken Wings
-   Deep Fried Crayfish and Aioli dip
-   Chorizo cooked in red wine w/ Tortilla’s 
-   Potato Chips
-   Cornbread Brushettas (W/ Mardi Gras Salsa)

HOT BUFFET OPTIONS

£15 Per Person

A member of our team will come and serve up Soul Food for you and your party, with the option of one of the following mains...

MEAT
-   Jambalaya (A Cajun take on Paella – Crayfish, Chorizo, meats, peppers, rice, secret spice blend, coriander and spring onions)
-   Meat Gumbo (A huge melting pot of flavour...Meats, Chorizo, herbs and spices, served with Cajun Rice)
-   Chicken Piquant (a hearty and spicy chicken stew for those who like their food a little more pokey!) 

VEGETARIAN 
-   Vegetable Gumbo (Slow cooked Cajun stew cooked with mushrooms, sweet potatos, peas, corn and peppers, served with Cajun rice)
-   Mac ‘n’ Cheese (Our own recipe Mac ‘n’ Cheese cooked with roasted vegetables and Manchego cheese)
-   Vegetable Moqueca (A national Brazilian dish, cooked with coconut milk, plantain, sweet potato, mushrooms and herbs and spices). 

A Selection of breads, dips and sauces will also be made available.
