Our Staff

We are lucky to have a team of extremely talented and enthusiastic staff working for us at the Victoria.  Our General Manager Julian Rose-Gibbs has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry with his most recent time being spent as Manager at Red Bar in the city centre.  Becky Powell, our assistant manager, has had a stellar rise up the ranks since joining Victoria back in 2010, bringing with her considerable cocktail experience from previous roles.  They know their stuff and are here to make sure you have a great time when you visit the Victoria.

The team has been put together with the intention of providing you the customer with the best level of customer service available in the city centre.  This goes from their knowledge of the products they sell to their enthusiasm for working in the industry.  It is because of this that we are confident in providing excellent quality cocktails alongside many of the traditional choices found in a city centre pub.
